Are you cheering for your true self or for an ideal of how you should be? Life can create confusion about which is which and sometimes we can mistake one for the other. Then we end up wearing and maintaining the wrong team colors and wonder why it feels so draining. Join us for a 30 minute guided meditation where we will practice two simple tools to move beyond outside expectations, our own expectations of ourselves and any limiting beliefs so that our applied self-care can feed the awareness of authentic self.
