Sometimes at the end of the day, many of us find ourselves with lots left on our to-do list. And for many of us, what’s left includes the time for ourselves and the needs of our own bodies and/or spirits.
In this meditation, we’re going to use two meditation tools. One will assist us in moving out old and even heavy energies that currently keep our own needs in the background. And then we’ll use another tool to bring in the life giving energies that support us in daily walking our paths. These 2 tools open the doorway to make more choices to put ourselves at the top of the priority list.
Our meditations are all given in the energy of being in kindergarten and accepting ourselves wherever we are at any given moment. Join us and see yourself magically finding new ways to meet your goals.
