Living Your Resonant YES & Your True NO

“Yes” and “no” are two of the most powerful words in the language. And they are even more powerful vibrations!

When you say Yes, and mean Yes, you have the power to fulfill your dreams. But for all kinds of reasons, it’s easy to feel like you can’t really say Yes to the things you want. This can be confusing, painful, and frustrating.

Likewise, when you say No, and mean No , you gain the power to create clarity and discernment. But sometimes, you might feel like you have to say “yes” to things you don’t really want, and in doing so, weaken your ability to know for yourself what’s really a “yes” and what’s really a “no.”

In this 30-minute meditation, we’ll clear energy from where it hasn’t been okay to own your “yes” and “no,” or where your “yes” and “no” got muddled and mixed together. Sometimes it’s not so clear-cut, and “yes” and “no” might both be true! We’ll play with this, so you can have both “yes” and “no” with more certainty and authenticity.
