Let the Light Shine!

This 30 minute meditation was offered just following the Summer Solstice – a gift of Light to Earth from our generous & caring Sun! Just like the Sun’s gift of Light we each have an individual Light – bright and clear – a gift we have for ourselves, and to shine in the world as a beacon for spiritual freedom and joy. Our Light can be dimmed – like grey clouds in a summer sky – we can be distracted, anxious or have a sense of losing ourselves or our way.

In a simple, powerful clairvoyant meditation, we will say “hello” to our own grey clouds and with enthusiasm and humor send them along their way! Replenishing with our own unique Light and essence allows us to open to, and know clarity. With that, our energy, heart and knowingness are bright and clear. And we continue along life’s journey with certainty, playfulness and joy, letting our Light Shine!

Rev. Mona has an infectious enthusiasm for Clairvoyance that lights up the whole staff and center. She communicates with enormous clarity and precision, and her teaching style is truly fun!
