Autumn is a season of change and transformation. As we witness the changing fall colors, we know a cycle of life is coming to completion. We are also part of this natural rhythm. And just as the trees withdraw their sap, and fortify their roots this season, it’s also a time for us to withdraw our energy, and go within. As we turn our attention inward, we can listen to the wisdom of our spirit, and fortify our connection with our own natural cycles, and embrace the change.
In this simple meditation we’ll allow ourselves to flow with the subtle changes of the season. We’ll release where we get stuck in resistance and effort, and discover how to be nourished and guided by the cycle of life in this present moment.

Rev. Monica is a director of the Clairvoyant Center, and teacher of the Beginning Clairvoyant Training Program. Monica is one of those people who has been on a spiritual path for many, many lifetimes. She if full of wisdom and humor. One of her great abilities is her amazingly clear communication with the Great Spirit.
