Attending to Our Inner Voice

Where is the time for ourselves? Time to enrich our inner child? Time to follow some of the longings of our hearts? Time for us to just have fun?

When we look at the world we’re living in, and the electronic age… our phones alert us and pull our energy in every new direction: we can shop online and have our dinner brought to us; we’re at the beginning of what seems to be an AI revolution where we can get faster and more extensive data and research with unbelievable speed; many jobs are home-based so we can more easily weave our work and home-life balance (or so we’re told!)…

Yet how many of us call it a day and go to bed with our to-do lists still calling for more to be done? Will more “conveniences” truly fulfill us? How can we create deeply satisfying time for ourselves?

Maybe our inner voices have been calling us. And maybe we’ve been too busy and/or our world is too loud for us to hear.

Join us for a wonderfully healing meditation: We will look at some of the energies that keep us from hearing our inner voice, and we’ll let go of those energies. In the space we clear out, we’ll fill ourselves with some fresh energy that enables us to hear our inner voice, align with our highest good, and follow our deepest desires.
