Tears are one of the most cleansing of all fluids. Tears are salty like the water of the ocean, they have currents and flow patterns like the sea. Sometimes tears are easy to access and sometimes they are not.
Sometimes when we cry, it might seem that we are in someway lost or failing… however, crying is like a magical tunnel that can bring you home to yourself and cleanse away the hurts. Sometimes we are crying for something that seems to be in the moment, but we’re actually cleansing something very old and deep with our tears. As women, we must learn to trust our tears as a huge healing force that has our greatest good in mind.
When we are unable to access the tears, there is still a wonderful way to work with them, which we will practice together. We will consider the way that tears are always messengers for joy…and what it means to come home to ourselves.
We will have some tremendous goddesses come and give us powerful healings using this precious antidote to all hurts: tears. Come and join us!
