The later part of autumn carries with it an invitation to redirect our attention to the inside and to give more space and time to quietness and reflection. Yet modern life can easily fill up this quietness with many different frequencies making it sometimes hard to distinguish between them.
In this month’s meditation we will retune ourselves to our own inner voice and release unwanted cacophonies from our space so that we can know our home station and engage with more clarity with our surroundings. Come join us for a wonderful tune up and tune in!
