If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by a stream of demands life has been throwing your way lately, this month’s meditation is for you! Maybe you’ve had a hard time remembering the last time you really enjoyed life or celebrated the magic and miracles that surround you. When others’ demands are in your energetic space, it’s not as easy to experience joy, creativity, and wonder!
In this meditation, you will have the opportunity to release the demands that come at you from the outside world and replenish with your own joy, vitality, and creativity. By doing so, you will create space within yourself to approach the the world in a fresh, new way—possibly with more discernment, wisdom, and gratitude.

Reverend Margaret Mallatt is a teacher and mother who is grateful for the wisdom and grace of the clairvoyant work. She enjoys long walks in nature with her family as well as swimming, biking, cooking, gardening, and adventures of all kinds. She is honored to teach and learn from the students she encounters on life’s journey.
