In the days between the end of October and beginning of November, we enter a transition time into the dark season and the approach of winter in the Northern Hemisphere of our planet. As the available outside light is dimming, we will gather in this 30 minute meditation to create, light and tend to our own internal lantern as a guiding light through the upcoming month.
