Throughout our lives we hold onto things that have been left unfinished, or things that stir us emotionally. This creates a load on our energetic space and body, as if we are carrying a few suitcases around with us. It can be very uncomfortable and difficult to be present and creative.
Join us for a 30 minute guided meditation to take a journey into the forest and listen to what the trees can teach us about releasing those things that no longer serve us.
About Rev. Monica Pappe
Rev. Monica is a director of the Clairvoyant Center, and teacher of the Beginning Clairvoyant Training Program. Monica is one of those people who has been on a spiritual path for many, many lifetimes. She if full of wisdom and humor. One of her great abilities is her amazingly clear communication with the Great Spirit. In classes and meditations, she creates an atmosphere where you can discover all different parts of your own creative spirit.
