I Wonder! Inviting Mystery & Releasing Doubt

We live in a magical and mysterious universe, and when we approach life with wonder and curiosity, we open the channels for grace and possibility to enter our lives.

And yet, too often as adults we’re told to “grow up” and be logical. We stop believing in magic, stop trusting the mystery. We’re expected to have all the answers and be “right” all the time. We might doubt our intuition, our inner knowing, and get lost trying to keep everything under control. It’s exhausting!

No matter how hard we try to figure it all out, there’s so much that remains mysterious… we may have questions about our own life’s journey and purpose, and about what the future has in store for us.

Rather than trying to make sense of it all and control the outcome, let’s invite the mystery in, and be nourished by it. Let’s rekindle the wonder we had as children, the joy of discovery, and our sense of the miraculous.

In this 30-minute meditation, we’ll release doubt about our place in the universe, or our ability to tune into the magic. We’ll remember that we are part of this great mystery, and we can be renewed and fortified by the ever-flowing grace that’s available to us all.
