Please fill out this form in its entirety. The information in this form allows us to see if Independent Study is the right option for you. It also helps us pair you with the right teacher to support you on this spiritual journey.

Our office will reach out to you within one week. Once we've approved your application, we will send you a link to pay your tuition for this course. After that, we will send you the recording of your first class, and we'll let you know how to contact your teacher for your first check-in appointment!

  • Please include if you completed it via live teleconference, Independent Study, or through another school.
  • If it's been a while and you don't remember, that's okay!
  • It is up to you to ensure that you have the necessary technology and the ability to meet with the teacher by phone each week, using a method you and the teacher agree to. Please let us know which method works best for you. The student-teacher meetings are audio only (no video).
  • The student-teacher meeting is about 15 minutes (20 minutes maximum). During your student-teacher meeting, you can ask any questions about the tools: how they work, how to use them, or anything you didn’t understand.Please provide several times (day of the week & a time range) that you are available to schedule your weekly student-teacher meeting.   • Please let us know which day of the week & time you intend to listen to your class each week! Choosing a designated time makes it easier to honor your commitment to yourself. It is not required that you listen to class at the same time each week, but it is recommended!
