What is meditation but illuminating ourselves?

Meditation is using light to heal, to calm, to center and to awaken.

Let us allow the light to rush in to meet us, to help us find out who we are, to help us remember answers, to help us remember wisdom, and to help us see clearly. When things are dark and shadowy, life gets confusing, overwhelming andsometimes hurtful.

We tend to lose our place in who we are and in what we are doing. Light is one of the first steps in regaining our space. This mediation will be a cleansing, a renewal, a chance to shift from any lack of clarity into a place where we have greater illumination andmore space to enjoy it.
