Each of us is a bright light on this planet, with the power to illuminate the world. And yet sometimes our inner light gets diminished. We hide, contract, or our light gets covered in darkness, despair or pain. And yet, the light remains ever present within us.
In this workshop, you will be guided to see and honor the light within yourself. You will have permission to cherish your inner light, strengthen it, and let it shine. As you radiate the light within you, you also give permission for others to shine.
December is the season of light. We’re quickly approaching Solstice time and very soon the light will change. Now is a powerful moment to capture the light of the season and bring it into our bodies and be nourished by it.
Let’s shine the light within us, and see and honor the light within others, too.
