The Paradox of “Oneness”

sunny line

OnenessOne of the things that people find very confusing on the spiritual path is balancing the idea of individuality and personal enlightenment, and at the same time oneness. It is quite a paradox try to understand both of these simultaneously. They are both true… But there is a lot to learn as far as understanding how to apply that to our personal universe.

I remember the first time anyone ever mentioned the concept of oneness to me. I was 19 and my girlfriend said “We are all one.” This left me completely flabbergasted and spellbound. What did it mean?  I could not comprehend it at all. How could we be all one and yet feel so separate and alone? From that moment on I started trying to understand what that meant.

Your Unique Rhythm

I’ve come to understand that truly we are all one because we are from an infinite source and it is the same source. This is what we teach at the Clairvoyant Center. But in the journey of incarnation and in the individuation of the Soul, we are each here to discover unique elements, or unique music within us. Imagine if each of us was a note in an infinite piece of music, or a series of notes, or even a whole symphony whose composition ultimately merges with many others. We are each here to discover our own unique frequencies and vibrations.  We can take that back to the oneness and be part of the whole in a healthy way.

What happens if we try to do that and we are not ready? If we attempt to merge and be one with others when we don’t truly know all the  essences and frequencies of our own unique composition of music, or when we are out of balance emotionally or spiritually or mentally or physically… Then it’s not wholeness and its not a healed state we bring back to the bigger picture. If we come back and try to merge into the oneness before we are ready, then we simply imprint our hurts, our imbalances and our lack of self knowledge on each other. The idea of oneness works but first the soul has to develop their own abilities. When the time comes we must be able to integrate in a safe way that enhances the whole, or the collective.

Your Unique Energy vs. Everyone Else

At the Clairvoyant Center of Hawaii, we teach how to recognize your own energy versus somebody else’s. When we are cluttered with many different energies that don’t belong to us we find ourselves confused, sometimes not quite on the right path, perhaps lost in one way or another or perhaps thinking that we’re really on a dead end. Lots of challenges and difficulties happen when we are all in mashed in a lot of vibrations and energies that don’t belong to us. One of the first things we teach a spirit… You!… To do this, begin to let go and clear away what’s not you. As a result, your own beautiful essences, beautiful notes, beautiful pieces of self return to you.

It feels really good in your body when you find your own vibration and you fill yourself with it. You then move it through your whole body; this stimulates healing on a multiplicity of levels. From here we can heal our souls, hearts, minds, emotional selves, spiritual selves, physical selves… The list is endless. When you can learn to do this, your life takes on an incredible shape. You see reflected to you through the events and activities and people in your life, and you become more & more of who you really are. When you really discover yourself, then it’s easy to work with others and begin to create that greater symphony.

Merging with Oneness

In the beginning of all our classes and Clairvoyant training, we discover what’s us and what’s not. What’s us feels really good what’s not doesn’t. We learn to develop self-awareness and have an intricate awareness of who we are.  We learn to discover the unique puzzle piece that is our own essence. Someday when we’re ready, we’ll be able to merge that with the bigger picture and be part of the great music of all souls when they are connected in wellness and working together.
